1. SHIPPING & HANDLING

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on the products we offer for sale. You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. 

Please note that some of our items ship from our Florida warehouse and some items ship from our overseas warehouses. If you order multiple items from our store, we may send them as separate shipments and they may arrive at different times.
We have a flat $4.95 shipping & handling fee anywhere in the U.S. ($6.95 for most other countries in the World)
Whether you order 1 item, or multiple, you will only be charged 1 shipping and handling fee.
All orders over $50 receive FREE shipping

Package ships USPS First Class, Priority, or FedEx shipping. 

  • Standard processing time (2-5 business days)
  • Expected delivery once shipped is 7-14 business days (excluding the ship date, weekends, and holidays). Business days are Monday- Friday.

We can ship products anywhere in the United States or Internationally using the fastest shipping methods available. 

When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s) and your shipment’s destination.

Orders of items in stock will typically be processed in 2-5 business days and then be shipped. Some of our items have high demand and therefore will be delivered within 7-10 business days. We provide tracking on orders.

a. Shipping Charges

We have a standard shipping & handling rate of $4.95 per order (not per item). 

We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $50.00.

b. International Orders

Standard shipping is $6.95 for most other countries. Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. If you place an order and we are unable to ship the product to your location, we will contact you and provide a full refund. 

2. RETURN, EXCHANGE POLICY, CANCELLATIONS

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.

Return Policy

Due to cost of shipping we are only able to accept returns from customers located in the United States. In some cases, we are able to provide replacements for damaged products to customers out of the United States.

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange.  

- the items must be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days of original purchase

- items must be returned from address in United States

- items and packaging must be received in new condition

- the original manufacturer's packaging must not be damaged

- packaging must include all original items, manuals etc.

- Return Authorization Number must be clearly marked on the shipping box

- return package must include copy the original invoice or sale receipt

If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below.

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped. If the item you want to cancel has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. However, you can return the item for a refund. See our Return policy.
